When it comes to diet, these days, the world is in a world of hurt. Processed foods, additives and sugars have created an obesity and health problem nightmare. Looking back through the ages, it’s no wonder. Thousands of years ago, after all, humans couldn’t eat junk food. Instead, they survived on raw food, which partly explains the fact that many people these days are fighting back and trying a raw food diet plan.
There is a true statement and it goes “abs are built in the kitchen”. People can spend months and even years doing intense workout routines with the goal of developing abs. What many fail to realize is what you eat plays a very significant role in how your abs develop.
It would be fair to say that many of the stories about how bad late night eating is, are not quite true. However, that isn’t too say that it is healthy for you of course.
