Build Muscle and Get Ripped When You Work Out

For the majority of my life I have been over weight, and out of shape. By the time I was 12 and was in middle school I have to say I had the most unattractive figure a male could have. I had turned into a “skinny fat” kid. A skinny fat person has skinny arms and chicken legs coupled with a nice sized pot belly and some embarrassing man boobs. Once I finished school, and started a desk job the man boobs, and gut continued to get worse.
