Now as an adult I understand the benefits of eating spinach and why my mother always said “Eat your spinach so you can be strong like Popeye!”. As child I was never get into the habit of eating spinach. I also do understand the cartoon creators idea on children.
You could eat a bowl of oatmeal, a handful of walnuts or a baked potato topped with a heart healthy margarine to lower your cholesterol and you could also stay off medications.
