Are You Too Tired To Train?
You have had a long, taxing day at work and your are prepared to head home and fall down in front of the TV. You committed to yourself you’d do a short workout but feel too tired to even think about it. Does this sound like a frequent situation? Two of the most common excuses people offer for not exercising are lack of time and low energy. After all, a long day taking care of family or working at the office takes time and energy. Regrettably, you nevertheless require exercise for both strength and recreation. What can you do to inspire yourself when your are too weary to exercise?

Change your training format
If you feel tired with a lack of drive towards training on a specific evening, alter your workout entirely and alternate something fun. Instead of walking thirty minutes on the treadmill at the club, take your dog for a brisk walk or do 30 minutes of stretches while you watch your favorite T.V. show. You can switch back to your regular schedule the next time you work out and the variety will be beneficial for you both bodily and psychologically.
